Hand-painted Hamburg coasters
Our Hamburg coasters are wooden drink coasters painted by hand in our Hamburg studio, showing the Elbphilharmonie and the Heinrich-Hertz television tower. Each set is painted individually with acrylics on natural wood and sealed, so no two sets are identical. Prices start at €34.90, and every set ships worldwide from Germany through our Etsy shop.
Hamburg is where our studio is, so these are the pieces we have painted most often. The skyline of the Elbphilharmonie takes the longest — the glass roof is a row of tiny curved highlights, each one set by hand.

Buying a Hamburg coaster set

- No. We are a studio in Hamburg, Germany. The Hamburg set is painted here and posted to you, so you can buy it without travelling — or long after the trip.
- Is it printed or painted?
- Painted. Every landmark is applied by hand with acrylics; nothing is printed or transferred. Small differences between sets are the mark of that.
- Was ist ein handbemalter Untersetzer?
- Ein Untersetzer Hamburg-Set besteht aus Untersetzern aus Naturholz, die von Hand mit Acrylfarben bemalt und anschließend versiegelt werden. Jedes Set wird einzeln gefertigt.
