Questions about this piece
What is Cookie Coaster Set, Handmade Drink Coasters, Cute Kitchen Decor, Unique Gift made of?
Cookie Coaster Set, Handmade Drink Coasters, Cute Kitchen Decor, Unique Gift is a set of coasters cut from natural wood and painted by hand with acrylics, then sealed with a protective finish. The wood grain stays visible through the paint, so each set looks slightly different.
Are hand-painted wooden coasters waterproof?
The sealed surface resists condensation from a cold glass or a hot cup, which is what a coaster has to handle. They are not dishwasher safe and should not be soaked; wipe them with a damp cloth and dry them right away.
How do I clean and care for them?
Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid abrasive sponges, dishwashers and prolonged direct sunlight, which can fade acrylic paint over time. Treated this way a set stays vivid for years.
